RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the date the item is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags attached.
CONDITION OF A RETURNED SWIMSUIT
Swimsuits that are being returned for a refund must be sent back in sellable, unused condition, with tags and liner attached. Due to health regulations, Sweet Gypsy Boutique will not accept returned swimsuits with stains or odors such as deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume or smoke.
Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Sweet Gypsy Boutique's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Note- Once a return is requested, return must be received within 30 Days.
Original Shipping Charges are non refundable.Buyer pays for return shipping and invoice must be included so we can process the credit correctly.
Shoes must be returned in their original box. Fail to send box makes the shoe ineligible for returns.
Refunds if Applicable. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we receive and inspect your returned item.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days once package is received and inspected by us for refund to be processed.
EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address we will give to you.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item you must contact us immediately at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for lost orders.If you claim you did not receive your item but tracking shows it was delivered to the location/address you requested then we are not responsible for your missing or lost order.
Once orders are placed we will not cancel any orders. No exceptions!
All sales are final on sale merchandise and are ineligible for refunds.
Please Do not ship items back to manufacturer or you will not receive a refund. All returns must be shipped back to Sweet Gypsy Boutique 74710 Highway 111, Ste. 102, Palm Desert, CA 92260. Please only send it via a method that allows tracking as we will not be responsible for lost merchandise. Thank you.
