How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping will depend on the product ordered, with the total weight, and location to which it is to be shipped.   We offer free shipping promotion from time to time on most of our stock.

 How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about  about 1-2 weeks.

 Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided.

I ordered a few items, but only received part of the order... where's my order?

 We source our products from 3000+ different suppliers and manufacturers.  Depending on the items you have purchased if they are from the same supplier they may either be shipped separately so they get to you faster, or they will be shipped from the individual suppliers as your orders are processed.  It is more than likely that you may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

 Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

 In most cases this is due to our customers accidentally entering their email in wrong. We send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.  If you have not received any notification please email us and we will ensure that your details are entered correctly.

Are the "FREE" items really free?

YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00.
